You are not the only one

The Menopause Support Initiative has been a game-changer for me professionally and personally. As a pharmacist, I now better understand what my patients going through menopause are experiencing. The knowledge I've gained through MenoClub has made me a more empathetic and effective healthcare provider.

Sylvia Agusi

Pharmacist

When my wife started experiencing menopause symptoms, I was completely lost. MSI opened my eyes to what she was going through. The resources and community helped me become a better, more supportive husband. I encourage every man to learn about menopause — it matters.

Pharmacist Mosunmola Dosunmu's work with MSI is transforming how Nigerian society views menopause. The courage to break this silence, to create a community of thousands, and to publish 'Menopause Unfiltered' is truly commendable. This is the kind of health advocacy Nigeria needs.

Dr. Ijeoma Omeoga

NLNG Chairlady

Our partnership with MSI has been incredibly valuable for our employees. The menopause awareness sessions organized for our staff helped create a more understanding workplace. We've seen improved wellbeing and productivity since implementing menopause-friendly workplace policies with MSI's guidance.

I thought something was wrong with me until I found MenoClub. For the first time, I could talk openly about my symptoms without shame. The information, the support, and the sense of community have been life-changing. Every Nigerian woman needs to know about MSI.

Questions women ask

Ask MenoVoice on WhatsApp
Are the menopause tools really free?

Yes. All 4 tools are free, need no sign-up and work on any phone. They were built by the Menopause Support Initiative, a non-profit.

How do I know if I am in perimenopause or menopause?

Menopause is confirmed after 12 months in a row without a period, usually between 45 and 55. Perimenopause is the years before that, when periods become irregular and symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, poor sleep and mood changes start. The Stage Calculator asks 12 questions and tells you which stage you are most likely in.

Is my information private?

Your answers stay anonymous. We only keep a phone number if you choose to share your result or ask us to follow up, and we never sell data.

Can an online tool diagnose menopause?

No. The tools are a screening aid to help you understand your body and prepare for a conversation with a doctor or pharmacist. They do not replace medical advice.

What should I do after I get my result?

Share it with your doctor, chat to MenoVoice on WhatsApp any time, book a one-to-one consultation with our pharmacist, or join MenoClub free to talk with 8,000+ women going through the same thing.

This is health education, not a diagnosis. Speak to a doctor or pharmacist about your own symptoms, and seek urgent care for heavy bleeding, chest pain or thoughts of self-harm. Questions? Chat with MenoVoice on WhatsApp or book a consultation.
