iWalk4Menopause 2026 — Lagos (World Menopause Day)

Every 18 October the Menopause Support Initiative walks 10km in Lagos to break the silence around menopause. Expect registration and t-shirt pick-up from 7am, a health screening tent, a flag-off with special guests, and an afternoon of talks and panels.
